Board of Trustees
A Board of Trustees governs the Foundation. The length of term is two years, with each trustee serving no more than three consecutive terms. Trustees receive no compensation for their service but may receive reimbursement for expenditures incurred on behalf of the Foundation. The Board may have up to 15 members.
An effort is made to include representatives of a variety of constituents of North Kitsap public schools, including parents, business people, professionals and educators drawn from throughout the school district.
